Yewlands is a technological learning centre which promotes learning as a life long experience. All students follow the National Curriculum enhanced in Technology, Information Technology, Science and Maths. The Modern Languages Department at Yewlands has changed a great deal over recent years. The school teaches to a tight scheme of work with built-in assessments. Listening, Reading and Writing are tested formally at least once each term.
