Annual Subscription Rates

We are operating a discounted membership fee for the last quarter of 2018. Please go to the relevant application form where you will see the new rates. 

Individuals and Couples

Subscription to the BGA offers access to member-only events, early booking privileges, and discounts on events open to non-members.

The membership rates set out below are the full membership rates. A £5 discount on all Individual and Couple rates is available to members paying by Standing Order and filling out a Gift Aid mandate.

Regional/International          £30   individual                £40 couple    (Not Living or Working inside M25)

Under 30                                  £25  individual                  £35 couple     (Under 30 years old on 01.01.2018)

Student                                    £10  (In full time education and under 25 years old on 01.01.2018)


Affiliated clubs and societies receive emails with details of forthcoming BGA events which can be sent out to its membership.  We run Affiliate pages on our website, where we list all Affiliate members with their hyperlink.  We post special news on our Affiliate News page.  Members of Affiliates are very welcome to become Members of the BGA.

Our corporate supporters are essential to the BGA’s work of promoting understanding and forging links between Britain and Germany. Corporate members receive early booking notification of a number of our events. Other events are arranged exclusively for corporate members. Sustaining corporate members have the opportunity for greater involvement in the running of the BGA.
